If my federal return was due to pay a medical bill but my status shows it should deposit to my checking account, do you think that the Corona virus is making the government not send my check to this m

Do you think they are allowing me my return this year? For the last 2 years they have taken all of my taxes even though I have 2 kids

The corona virus is not a factor in whether you are going to receive your tax refund.  Nothing about the virus has become a part of the tax laws.  if you owe past debts for which you have an offset then your refund will still be offset.  TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund.  Offsets happen when you owe back taxes, child support, student loans and certain state debts which can include medical debts or court costs in your state.

NOTE: You can contact the IRS Treasury Offset Program Call Center at 1-800-304-3107 to ask if they have an offset for you on file. TurboTax would not have that information.
