If my employer produced an adjustment ESPPDSQDISP on 12/31 to account for the stock I sold for my ESPP, do I also have to include the 1099-B from the brokerage?

My employer issued a pay stub to me (no money directly to me) with one entry for ESPPDSQDISP. I believe this inflates my income to account for the amount I gained for the transaction. How do I adjust the amount to not pay taxes on this twice?

Yes, you have to report the information on your Form 1099-B.  You will use the information provided by your employer to adjust the what is reported on the 1099-B after you enter it.  When you enter the Form 1099-B, you will be asked if it is Company Stock - answer yes.  When prompted to import your Form 1099-B indicate you will enter it another way.  Do not enter summary totals, enter each transaction.  for more information see the following TurboTax article on Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP)
