If my employee has Turbo tax, how does he see his paystub from QuickBooks? He doesn't see a tab or choice for it in turbo tax?

Not sure what you mean by "has TurboTax."   TurboTax is software to prepare income tax returns -- there is a new version of the software each year which must be purchased each year.  TurboTax has no way to display anyone's pay stubs.

As for Quickbooks---that is a separate program.  Who is using Quickbooks---you?  Or the employee?   And is he actually a W-2  employee or an independent contractor?
