If my daughter lived with me, for about 8 months how many days of the year would I put down she was with me?

For dependency purposes, the number of nights that the child spent with you would be the measurement, not days.  An approximate amount of nights would be 30 per month for 8 months, so 240 nights.  You may need to adjust higher or lower depending on your facts and circumstances.
