If my 2025 Form 1040 es payment vouchers which i use to pay my estimated taxes quarterly has DO NOT FILE in bold letters accross it, can I still use it?

Just wait and print them later when they are available.  The first one isn’t due until April 15.

I just looked it up.  The 2025 1040ES forms won't be ready until Feb 20.  So come back after then to print them again.  

It is February 25th now and I still can’t print them. I am thinking of switching to &R Block the next time I file.

If you insist on mailing a check, get the new ES vouchers in fillable PDF at the IRS website.
