If multiple Saving Bonds Series EE were sold during the year and schdule B has to be completed does each bond have to be individually listed?

No, one only needs to enter the total amount of interest received from the sale of Series EE bonds.

To report interest earned from Series EE bonds in TurboTax:

  • Type in 1099-int in the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass

  • Click the jump to 1099-int link in the search results.

  • Follow the onscreen instructions to enter

 You will arrive at the Let's get your 1099-INT or brokerage statement details page

Check the box My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)

Enter savings bond interest in box #3 Saving Bonds and treasury int
