IF IRS HAS REJECTED MY 2020 SR RETURN because it does not agree with my AGR on 2019 return, what can I do?

Why has TURBOTAX been terruble this year?  I have used them for 5 years  but very, very difficult this year.

If the IRS has rejected your e-filed federal tax return for the 2019 AGI then there is a very good possibility that the IRS does not have the 2019 AGI for your Social Security number in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 federal tax return again.
