If in my 2018 efile details says that my Return Statues of Illinois Tax Return is Printed that means that I file them or no? Did I paid them or not?

printed means that you will print out the return and follow the instructions for mailing it in.  TT will alsways show this even if you have already mailed in your return beciase the state does not update TT on its status
