If I used the QR code I took a picture of my 1099-R form and it uploaded and said to close the window on the phone and return to device and nothing happened what do I do?

If the 1099-R has not been entered in your tax return, enter it manually. That will be a lot faster and easier than trying to get the upload to work. It only takes a couple of minutes.
