If I submitted payment, with extension, do I use the voucher?

If I submitted my payment for my estimated tax owed, when I requested, using the IRS form, as opposed to doing it on turbo tax, I shouldn't have to submit the voucher with payment? y/n?

Yes, you do use the voucher when mailing payment to the IRS.
