If I sold 2 tickets for concert I couldn’t attend in 2022 (purchased in 2021), am I required to file a 1099k for this lone transaction? (Resale was <$600.00)

I don’t have a business, it was a one time thing. The sale was less than $500, I only grossed around $100.

no. you are not in the business of reselling tickets. however, if you made a profit it needs to be reported for tax purposes. if you lost money it's a nondeductible personal loss.
