If I put the wrong year ( as I put 2018 when it should of been 2017) will that mess up my refund

and my e file has been accepted it was filed the 17thand accepted the 18th

You'll have to wait to see if IRS "Accepts" or "Rejects" your return.  If IRS "Rejects" the return you'll the opportunity to make the necessary changes.

If IRS "Accepts" the return you'll have to amend the return to correct it.
