Most likely, as long as your return was accepted by the IRS and your state, you should be fine.

You can also check your IRS refund status here: http://www.irs.gov/refunds

and your state refund status by going to your state Department of Revenue website. You can find your state by selecting it in the TurboTax FAQ below:
