If I paid a insurance penalty but found out I was covered?

If you were assessed an ACA penalty on your tax return and found out later that you were covered by a health insurance policy, you must amend your tax return to change your answers in the Health insurance section of TurboTax. You would then receive a refund of the penalty paid.
