If I paid a contractor before my compnay was officially registered (first year), do I need to use company EIN to issue 1099-misc or my own SSN?

You may use the company EIN to issue 1099's, as long as you have received it before the 1099's are due to be filed with the IRS, that is, by January 31 of the following year.
