If I owe a money to stay and fed but its low , will I still get money back ? Cuz ill I see right now is what I owe?

If you owe federal tax and you owe state tax you are not getting  tax refunds.   

 

Did you get the stimulus checks?   If you did not get the stimulus checks you need to use the recovery rebate credit:

 

  

The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return.  If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021

The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the Federal Review section,  If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
