If i only made $800 annual income do i have to file taxes?

If you have more than $400 of self-employment income, then you must file.  For 2020, filing may also help you qualify for stimulus rebates.  However, you will want to use the Turbotax/IRS FreeFile version, instead of the regular Turbotax program.  Regular turbotax charges based on the complexity of the return, even if you are low income, while the FreeFile version is free up to $39,000 of income even if you require self-employment or other complex forms.
