If I need my 2018 AGI from H&R block to secure my identity for my 2019 turbotax file to send my return

You would have to go to the  H&R Block web site to access your prior year return if you don't have a copy of it and don't know your 2018 AGI. Only H&R Block can tell you how to access a prior year tax return.
