If I marked date on my returns as 4-15-2019 and it was 4-16-2019, will that effect my return?

If I signed ,dated & completed my efile as 4-15-2019 but it was actually after 4-16-2019 will this effect my return

Not really.  If you have a refund due, there is no penalty.  If you owe, the penalty is .5% per month and interest. Will you actually get a penalty? Possibly.
