If I made only $3300 and had no taxes withheld do I have to do taxes?

If you only made $3,300 and didn't have any taxes withheld, then you most likely will not be required to file.  

However, if any of the $3,300 you earned was reported to you on a Form 1099-MISC, then you will need to file as this is considered Self Employment Income.  You can check out this TurboTax FAQ for more information on filing requirements:  Do I need to File this Year?
