If I'm married with two kids how many dependents should I claim

File as Married Filing Jointly and claim the two children as your dependents.

You have two dependents and four exemptions. For practical purposes that's like having 4 dependents, but it just doesn't work that way on the 1040 (or 1040A) tax forms.
You claim 4 on your W-4 at work
