If I'm married filling jointly, do I have to file my Wife's W-2, which under $600? I have filed mine, which is the primary income for our taxes.

Yes.  If you're filing jointly you need to include W-2s for both you and your wife.

To enter your wife's W-2 income please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Federal Taxes > Wages & Income  [In TT Self-Employed: Personal > Personal Income > I'll choose what I work on.]
  2. In the Wages and Salaries section, click on the Start/Revisit box.  [See Screenshot #1, below.]
  3. If you have not already entered W-2 information, continue through the screens, entering the requested information.
  4. If you have previously entered a W-2, you will see the screen, Here's your W-2 info.  [Screenshot #2]
  5. Click on the Add a W-2 link. Since you are filing jointly, you will see an Add a W-2 link for you and your spouse.  Make sure you click the right one.
  6. Continue through the interview, entering the information on your additional W-2.

If you already filed your tax return (sent it to the IRS) without your wife's W-2, you will have to file an amended return (Form 1040X) to add your wife's W-2.

You have to include all of your own income and all of your wife's income on your joint tax return, no matter how little it is.
