If I’m 17 and I worked and received a w-2 from my job can I still file on turbo tax ? If my parent has filed me as a dependent?

If your parents provided more than half of your support in 2017, they can claim you as dependent.

If your wages on your W-2 is over $6,350, you are required to file a tax return. Even if they are less than $6,350, you can file a tax return to obtain a refund of tax withheld. You have to indicate on your tax return that you can be claimed as a dependent by someone else.

And yes, you can do the return with Turbotax.  But do, as Minh said, indicate that someone else can claim you.
