If i log in on my employer discount site will I be able to file from there instead?

i clicked the turbo tax link but it brought me to the main site.

Using the link your employer gives you will bring you to the main site, but it will also give you a discount off the product version you choose to use. This allows you to get the discounted rate your employer has given you. When you get to the Review your order screen (in the File section) you'll see the discounted price along with the message Your discount has been applied.
