If I issued a 1099, do I need to file that in tax return?

I issued a 1099 to someone who worked for me on a personal basis last year. Do I need to report my issuance of 1099 in my tax return? Since it is not much, I forgot to report in my tax return for this year. I hope I don't have amend my return. Thanks!

You may not have technically needed to issue a 1099.  It would not have been necessary if the expense was purely personal.  You would report the amount paid on the 1099 as a deductible expense if it is a bona fide business or rental expense.  Otherwise, there's nowhere to report it on the return.
