If I initially agreed to pay the $129 TurboTax fee to file my taxes. However I was charged a total of $137. Where did the additional $8 charge come from?

My order review documents that I paid $129 for the TurboTax service. However the amount deposited into the account was $137 less and not $129 less than my refund amount.
