Will someone else be claiming you and your children as dependents since you have not worked or had an income?

How have you made the payments with no income?

It was money i had saved from before i had to stop working because i went on bedrest from having a really severe high risk pregnancy that kept me in the hospital more than the normal. So i was getting help from my aunt . But no . No one else is claiming them or myself. ive always been the one working and taking care of them and myself since this year it was a little rough due to my rough pregnancy dr told me it would be best if i didnt work especially with the job i had

Hope things are improving for you.  But no, as Critter#2 already said, you have no reason to reason to file a tax return.  You cannot receive any child-related credits without income earned from working, nor does the 1098E do you any good.  Sorry.

If you have no income to report then you have no reason to file an income tax return.
