If i have two w2 from different jobs. do i have to file both of them if the one is under the threshold for filing?

Both. There is no "under the threshold for filing". There is an option for not needing to issue a 1099-Misc ($600) but no limit in reporting income. The IRS requires all income be reported. The IRS gets a copy of all W2's.
