If I have no job and no W2 do I skip the Job(W2) section?

If an old employer or old W-2 transferred over from last year, you can delete that employer or W-2 in Federal>Wages & Income and tell the software that you do not have any W-2's.

There is no need to file taxes if you did not work in the year 2022. You probably did not receive a W-2 form, which is necessary to file taxes in this country.

@tito_monster Not so fast.  "No job" does not always mean no taxable income.  Many people who are no longer working at jobs still have taxable income to enter----like  unemployment compensation, retirement income, alimony,  rental income, royalties, investment income, etc. etc etc.   More information is needed before telling someone they do not have to file a tax return.
