If I have a 1099-Misc from an app that I am using called Acorns, do I have to file it if box 1,2,3 and 7 have $0 in it?

Generally, yes. If your 1099-MISC has an entry in a less common box, when you enter it in TurboTax, check My form has other info in boxes 1-18. See the screenshot below.
