If I have 1099INT, can't I use TurboTax free?

Last year, I filed my own tax report for free using W2 and 1099INT, but it said I can't use the free version this year.

You can use the TurboTax Free online edition as long as the total interest and dividends payments you received are less than $1,500.  If more then you have to upgrade to the Deluxe edition since the Free edition does not support Schedule B.
