If i had earnings >600 from TIKTOK in 2021 and never received any tax form, and they are being nonresponsive how do I E-File?

If i had earnings >600 from TIKTOK in 2021 and never received any tax form, and they are being nonresponsive how do I E-File? If i cannot e-file what steps do i take to report the income? I am not even sure the type of form they would send.
