If i filed my disabled mother as a dependant can they still take all my taxes for child support

I owe back child support and they took my taxes last year this year i filed my disabled mother who i have been taking care of on my taxes can they still take all my taxes for child support

Yes - The IRS can take your tax refund for child support despite the fact that you are claiming your mother as a dependent.
