If I entered all my W2 info and hit next why does it keep saying they need more info$

I put all my w2 info and keeps saying they need more info on my w2 section?

Do you have any unused W-2 forms  that carried from last year ?   If so delete them.

 

Also, after entering in the W-2 forms you must complete the rest of the interview questions in this section ... try running thru every screen in this section again to find the one you may have missed.
