If I enter a 1098 should I reenter it into Schedule E tax for my property

If I enter a 1098 property tax for a rental.

Should I reenter it into Schedule E tax #16 for my property?

hopefully you didn't enter it as a 1098 for your home as a schedule a deduction .  if you entered it correctly for schedule E, the interest should be on line 12a of that schedule.   do not duplicate entries.
