If I efiled 2022 fedl & state taxes in April 2023, but IRS says never received, how do I re-Efile thru Turbotax again? IRS rejected 2023 since 2022 never recd?

I was a grad June 2022, 1st time filed 2022 taxes online thru TurboTax in April 2023 (fedl/state refunds due). Now April 2024 filing of 2023 taxes rejected by IRS as they show 2022 e-filing was never recd? Yet I E-Filed online, and paid to file thru TurboTax, have receipt. How can I resubmit 2022 efiling thru TurboTax (NO changes) for Fedl & state, to get taxes filed for 2022, so I can then Efile for 2023? Thank you
