If I drive for Lyft, then stop for two years, then plan to start again - do I have to do "property recapture" for the years I stopped?

I stopped driving for Lyft for two years and plan to start again. I am filing my 2020 taxes, which is the year I stopped driving Lyft. I stopped February that year. Do I have to do "property recapture" for that year if I plan on starting Lyft again in 2022?
