If I don't know my password, how do I reset it?

I started my file and got logged off now I cannot get logged back in because I keep getting the message that my information does not match your records.  This is ridiculous.

Try these steps to recover your User ID or password:

  1.  Go to our account recovery page.
  2. Enter one of the following
  3. Phone number (recommended)
  4. Email address
  5. User ID
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you’re done, we’ll either send you a code to help you recover your account, or show/send you a list of accounts associated with your info.
