If I didn't have ACA insurance and uninsured last year, and didn't recieve 1095-A form, am I going to be rejected of my return? Pls help me.

If I didn't recieve any forms 1095-A or letter,  does Turbo Tax provide that?

Not unless you are required to have a 1095A (usually a LLC, Partnership or some kind of Corp.). I got messed up on this too. I received a 1095B and didn't realize it but I have a Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) policy through Blue Shield because I am a Sole Proprietor. But no, if you did not receive a 1095A don't worry about it! Put No.

You would only receive the 1095-A if you purchased your health insurance through the marketplace.   If you did not purchase your insurance through the marketplace you would not have a 1095-A and you should answer no to the question.

Your return will not be rejected for this reason as long as you did not have your insurance through the marketplace.
