If I did click submit to e-file, but never got an email saying rejected, (I only discovered the rejection when the refund never arrived. ) what happened?

I have successfully e-filed many times.  I wonder if Turbo Tax did not have my email  address?  Or is it that one must check the status over and over until it shows IRS acceptance?

TTX does email out those notices....but so many go out that sometimes they end up in your SPAM folder.

Also, if you've ever changed yoru email address, TTX might have the wrong one.

Log into your tax file...then go to the lower left corner and click on "IntuitAccount"

When that pops up, go check the email address you told Intuit to use for sending emails to you.....adn edit it if necessary
