If I continued to collect MA unemployment from the Mass DUA once I moved to VT, do I have have to list Vermont in box 10a on the unemployment page? This is for 2021 tax

No.   The unemployment was not coming from VT---you got it from MA.  Do not change anything on your 1099G.   Enter it as it appears.
