If I cannot get to my forms and only get a spinning wheel, how can I talk to someone live for help? I have cleared my cache, restarted computer, & tried other browsers.

You have to choose TurboTax Live when you begin your tax return, or you can select it as you are preparing your return.  To select TurboTax Live:

 

1. Launch TurboTax
2. Select Live Tax Advice at the top of your screen
3. A panel will appear on the right where you have the option to upgrade to TurboTax Live.
