When you use Online TurboTax, you get one return per fee.  Each return needs its own account and user ID.   If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, you overwrite the first one and lose it forever.

When you use Desktop TurboTax, which you install from a CD or download to your own hard drive, you can prepare and e-file multiple returns for the cost of the software.  You can e-file up to 5 Federal returns—more if you mail the additional ones.  If you have multiple returns to prepare for family members, Desktop is more cost effective.

May I ask why you are filing separate returns?  Sometimes people don't realize the differences between filing  Joint and MFS.

Unless you have a specific reason to file separate returns,
It is usually better to file Joint. Joint has the lowest tax rates and the highest Standard Deduction.   And if you are in a Community Property state MFS gets tricky to figure out.

We just got married two weeks ago so I know we can’t file our taxes together  from last year since we weren’t married at that time so that’s why I was wondering

I have purchased Turbo tax home and business. My daughter used the code on her computer with her turbo tax id, and I when I tried to use it on my computer, I got a message that the license code was already associated with an account and directed me to check that account and look for it in downloads. I am confused since the edition I purchased is supposed to be for at least 5 returns. How can I use it for my return, too?

Since your daughter already linked it to her account, you need to download it using her account.   Talk to her.   Now it can be downloaded to computers that she "owns"--so use her account information then download it to your computer.
