If I bought one portion of a share of stock in 2024 and it's only earned $0.96 for a total of $10.96, do I add it on my income forms to file?

If you didn't receive Form 1099-B to report activity on your stock holdings, you have nothing to report. Also, income less than $10 is generally not required to be reported on your tax return.
