If I am self-employed, why is TurboTax trying to have me fill out a Form 2106 (which is for W-2 filers)?

How did you enter your income and expenses?  Did you happen to say you were military or government and enter expenses in the deduction section of TurboTax instead of the business section?

Thank you to anyone that replied. I got ahold of a tax person and we figured it out.
