If I am not seeing the "Switch to Free" option under "Tax Tools", how can I switch to the free version?

There's actually another way to change to a less pricey version of TurboTax Online.

That is the exact article that confused me. It says there is a "Switch to Free" option that does not exist in my interface. I would prefer a human to talk to about this rather than a bot that probably did not listen to me.

You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that.
