If I am getting an error message when entering my alphanumeric subscriber # from my 1099HC, stating it should be an alphanumeric #, what should I do?

the error message won't allow me to put in the alphanumeric number

Try clearing your cookies and cache to see if this helps.

Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
