I am a surviving spouse. I am filing a married joint return for 2021. My wife passed away in Oct 2021. Do I need to submit a Wisconsin form "Claim for Decedent’s Wisconsin Income Tax Refund". It seems that form would apply only if the refund were in my wife's name only. If I do have to submit it, where do I mail it?
