If I am a non-dependent who was under my parent's 2020 Healthcare.gov plan, and I have 0% allocation, do I put zeros all across line 11 of the 8962 form?

I received a letter from the IRS saying I could not receive my refund until I submitted an 8962. I am a non-dependent, but was under my parent's 2020 Healthcare.gov plan. My father paid 100% of the premiums. I filled out the allocation section in Part IV. For line 11, do I put zeros all the way across? I have their 1095-A with me, but did not receive one myself.
