If I already paid to efile my taxes and they cont to get rejected and I have to file by mail, how will my payment be re credited to my account

With TurboTax Online there is no charge for e-filing. The TurboTax fees are for using TurboTax to prepare your tax return. The fees are the same whether you e-file or file by mail.
